| The Society supports projects whose fieldwork takes place within Eurasia and outside the political boundaries of the European Union. The projects must be carried out in cooperation with the local experts and institutions. The key focus of the projects lies on the scientific fieldwork; the Society does not support projects which only serve for reconnoitring or private travel purposes. If you wish to submit to the Society for the Exploration of EurAsia a project, please send an application in writing to the president of the Society. * Bibliography. * Personal data of the applying person: name and address; complete CV; qualification, competences and focus of activities; archaeological experiences; current position; at least two referees. * Local authorities, institutions and persons involved; update on the required permits. * Expected duration of the project and amount of planed field campaigns. * Budget for the first fieldwork and for the following campaigns. * Other sponsors. * Formal matters: The deadline for the running calendar year is February 15th. Applications reaching the Society later will be automatically transferred to the following calendar year. Incomplete applications will not be dealt with. The decisions taken by the board are final and cannot be appealed against; there will be no correspondence following a negative decision. Submitted documentations of accepted projects remain the property of the Society; those of rejected projects are disposed off after communicating the refusal for reasons of data protection.
